Kapalua Golf Villa 27V2

Family just spent a week at the property and it feels like it was recently remodeled, very clean. The unit came well stocked with the basics and everything worked. The unit was on the top floor and parking was very convenient. Could not have asked for more.

Love this too level western exposure Kapalua golf condo. Room to stretch out for our adult family of four with great Laini and and beach hairs plus. We got most beaches and loved the calmer and luxurious feel of the Kapalua property and resorts/restaurants compared to way too busy Kaanapali or Lahaina. Maybe just our. Obe and golf course life enjoyment but our preference. Big money restaurants but many worth the hype on property/resorts. Aloha!

The best part is the peacefulness here, if you want to be away from everything stay here.

The villa is perfect, has everything you need and most days you’ll have the pool to yourself if you use it.

EA wonderful place to stay in Maui. Kapalua is gorgeous. We loved the condo, it had everything we needed. The upstairs bedroom is a loft style so no real privacy but it worked fine for our group. The attached east facing deck off that bedroom was nice for morning sun and afternoon shade. The beach chairs were great, both umbrellas were broken so we had to rent on the beach. We’ll be back

Beautiful spot! Spent considerable time on the back deck taking in the view. Great kitchen and bedrooms. Only down side were the beds, mattress’s could use an upgrade.

Very responsive management group... before, during and after. Great location w options for dining, walking and recreation (golf, beach, etc). Clean and friendly maid service weekly. Highly recommend Kapalua for quiet, serene location. With Covid restrictions... Merrimans, Mamas, Sansei need reservations up to 6 months in advance. Services in the area followed Covid protocols. We'll be back next year!

We had a great time! The shuttle to the beach was so easy! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, etc. My only slight complaint would be the hot water heater. There was a note saying it was new, but even with the temp turned all the way up it wasn’t really hot hot - but I managed to shower just fine! The views are incredible and the house was very clean!

Not only was this condo beautiful with a stunning view of the coastline over the golf course and pines, but it was outfitted with obvious hospitality. The kitchen was well stocked with nice utensils and pots and colander etc; the laundry was clean and handy; they left plenty of supplies like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, even face masks; and there were beach chairs. Such excellence; we really appreciate this hospitality!

Everything was great. One issue with the heavy vibration under the floor. The vibration kept us up at night. I think it was the AC unit vibrating.

Clean, spacious place with great views of the golf course, pines and ocean. Felt very well cared for. We have usually stayed waterfront but this was a nice surprise.

Thank you so much for the amazing time we had at your beautiful property! We celebrated our daughters wedding in style and comfort. The view and end unit location was perfect and we hope to come back soon

Love staying at Kapalua Golf Villas... quiet, close to dining, beach, golf and convenient grocery shopping. Perfect for a "real vacation"...

This is our 6th visit to this fabulous unit in Kapalua Golf Villas. We enjoyed every day in paradise.

We have visited the Golf Villas in Kapalua many times, but this unit by far meet/exceeded our expectations. It has incredible views of both islands, very well stocked kitchen, everything worked beautifully from a/c to appliances, to nice linens, beds etc.and extremely clean and well maintained.

We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas many times... but love this location and fllor plan for a Mid-winter get away. Quiet, private and sun filled.

We stayed in the golf villa for 2 weeks & since we did not have very good weather, we really appreciated the space and layout the property provided. Also, they provided clean linens and supplies half way through our stay, which was a surprise. Quiet location & wonderful views.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again no question when we return to Maui.

We loved the quiet location and openness of the unit! Coming back next year...

Lovely villa with a wonderful view and convenient location. We rented two villas for our group of 8 and both were just what we hoped they would be.

The condo was very spacious and nice. Kitchen was stocked with lots of things to make food prep easy. We didn't care for the soft mattresses and my daughters said their bed was broken. I also didn't care for the shower head in the downstairs bathroom. I don't believe the amount of stairs to enter the condo was ever mentioned in the description of the condo, this was a negative for us.

We travelled end of July to the Kapalua Golf Villas. We are a family of five and had plenty of space to spread out. We wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday, a clean villa with several pools, and safe local beaches. There are several great restaurants nearby with varying price ranges and we loved being able to cook at home one night and go out the next. It was everything we expected and more. We were totally delighted with the whole experience from start to finish with no hiccups.

The entire family had a great trip. We had several family members staying in other villas too. We all wished we had a couple more days in Paradise! We will plan to stay longer next trip for sure.

The property was EVEN BETTER than I expected. It was in perfect condition, a fabulous alternative to staying in a hotel, and was perfect for our family to spend a week together building memories, before they all graduate and go their own ways. We had one small issue which was quickly and professionally handled. The property manager was awesome- very helpful, as was the entire reservation process. I would definitely return & would highly recommend it. They over-delivered.

For those who seek seclusion,privacy and absolutely splendid surrounds look no further than this condo. This is not opulent accommodationtion but it is well appointed and very comfortable. If you need a retreat, some respite and guaranteed relaxation this will serve you well.

Traveled here for a week with my husband, toddler, and nanny. The unit worked pretty well for us. My only complaints are that one of the bedrooms is actually a lot so there's no door and no privacy - not a big deal for us. The water pressure in the shower downstairs wasn't great and the upstairs one took a little while to heat up. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious - more than enough room. Marty was great to work with. We had a wonderful time!

Great! Jake was a pleasure to do business with. The whole experience was handled very well.

This villa is gorgeous, with every amenity you could ever need. We didn't want to leave. We would have liked to be able to walk to one of the beaches but with the kids it was just a little too far. However, the shuttle services & even the beach parking were great. Kapalua Bay is one of the most extraordinary beaches, we have been to & we have been to the Maldives, Caribbean & Fiji. The combination of dramatic views, turquoise water, beautiful fish and tranquility is incredible. Oh yeah & the whales & the giant tortoise we swam with & I could go on & on.... We can't wait to return.

I've titled this review as almost perfect but to be honest I don't know what I could change to make it better. The condo was terrific, the property was terrific, the staff were terrific. Every day there was one new smiling face who said hello. And the groundskeeping staff. WOW! I would not hesitate to recommend Kapulua or this unit to someone else.

The Golf Villa was all that we had hoped for. Convience to the golf course, shuttle service, view and overall comfort.

Couldn't have been more pleased. The Villa was very clean, modern, and spacious with all the amenities any would need, and staying on the Kapalua property has its advantages too. The property manager (Jake) was extremely accommodating to our needs as well. We would not hesitate to return to this Villa on future stays. Make sure and take advantage of the pre-arrival grocery shopping they will do for you. Nothing better than showing up to a stocked Villa with everything you need to get started. This was huge!!!! The property was lovely and comfortable. There were some reasons for the less than satisfactory review. 1. We did not have a working dishwasher during our stay, although we reported the problem early We could have made the best of this, but see item 4. 2. There was construction on our building. Although we were assured the construction would not begin until after our vacation was over, the roof was being torn off over our heads by 8:00 in the morning during the last week of our stay. 3. The bill was not correct and the refund we should have gotten has not yet been received. We arranged for a late no charge since no one would be occupying the condo due to the upcoming construction. We were charged for the late checkout. 4. Our communication with the on-site contact was met with lack of respect and lack of urgency. We were told, 'What do you want me to do?' We had to reach out several times to Vickie our booking rep, who helped us. Regarding the dishwasher issue: Updates on the status of our concerns were not often given until we called in. We understand that there can be some delay waiting for parts, etc. But we were not told we didn't have to wait for the service people on the days they sometimes showed up and sometimes didn't. We lost valuable vacation time because we waited in our condo. When the construction began earlier than expected, we were offered another condo and had help moving. The second was even lovelier than the original. I have to say this was a good compensation even though we did lose some vacation time. The early start was unexpected by everyone and we were satisfied with the handling of this situation. As you can see, our biggest complaint is the lack of respectful communication while on site and the timeliness of the communication. We are also concerned with the lack of communication about the mistake in our bill. In customer service communication is the key.

I was very impressed with the property and the manager. He was no-fuss and easy and pleasant to deal with. What we like when we check in on vacation.

Beautiful villa on the golf course. Cleaning staff leaves a bit to be desired. Matress covers should be changed after each guests stains should be visible to next guests.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very comfortable, beautiful. Fabulous snorkeling beach. Watched whales from shore. Green sea turtles octopuses, eels, & tons of fish right in the bay. Plus a monk seal took up residence on the beach one day.

Just one comment - thought it might be useful if there was an overall map of the Kapulua village complex in the unit as it is such a vast area and it is difficult to comprehend exactly where everything is located.

Vicky and Jake were outstanding...any issues/problems we encountered were taken care of in a timely manner. In addition, they were extremely helpful in food and activity recommendations.

From the first day to the last, we had a wonderful and unforgettable experience that has left us wanting more. We will be back guaranteed!

Great experience staying at Golf Villa in Kapalua. By far my favorite area to stay in Maui. Quiet, very scenic residential area with easy walking acces to great beaches, restaurants and Ritz Carlton amenities. The condo exceeded our expectations, and we expected a lot. Only issue was the condition of the dryer.

It was like having a home away from home in a beautiful locations. All the things you need for cooking and entertaining are in the unit. Fits family of 6 comfortably. Really looks like the pictures. Can't wait to go again.
