We were nervous about booking a place with no reviews, but we were happily surprised in every way. The house was wonderful! We spent our mornings down at the water\'s edge watching huge sea turtles nibbling on the rocks. In the afternoons, we watched orcas and humpbacks breaching. The evenings brought spectacular sunsets between Molokai and Lanai. And at night we fell asleep to the sound of the gentle waves rolling in. The house looked just like the photos -- beautifully furnished, and with plenty of room for our five adults. The only small drawback was that two of the bedrooms had fabric curtains rather than actual doors separating them from the common space, but it worked fine for our family gathering. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and the kitchen was lovely and stocked with everything we needed. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, so we felt like we were in a tranquil paradise.Michael was a great host -- answering all our questions very promptly and making the whole process easy.The best part, of course, was the spectacular view of the Pacific right there in the backyard. We were looking straight out at Molokai, with Lanai to our left, and the open ocean to our right. We loved every minute there!
