We have enjoyed 9 incredible days in this wonderful property. Waking up to magnificent views of the ocean and hearing the surf all night long, has been such a treat. This property has absolutely everything anyone could want and more. The list is too long to fit in this review. We would absolutely like to stay here again. Thank you Jonathan and Parrish Management Company!

Great location in The Ridge and close to the Ritz. Shuttle in Kapalua was a hit. The property is well cared for and the grounds are gorgeous. We will be back!!

We were able to easily book about a month in advance. The property manager approved the booking within 24 hours. We received an email checking with us regarding our flight information to ensure the check-in process would go smoothly about three days before the trip. The day before our trip, we received an email with the information necessary for check-in. During the trip, we received an email from the property manager to make sure everything was okay and keep lines of communication open. During check out, we were a bit confused on the process and tried calling the number provided for the property manager to confirm the checkout process. I am not sure if there was a connection issue but the line was disconnected while trying to reach out and we never got in contact with anyone. The property was clean and exactly as we expected based on the pictures and information on the online listing. There were many little touches left for us as guests that we appreciated. There were small conveniences throughout the rental that would be helpful if something basic was forgotten. Wifi connection was fast. The pull out bed in the couch was comfortable for my children. The upstairs was a little warm and humid during the day, but it cooled down in the evening and was comfortable to sleep in. We will note that the downstairs bathroom with the stand in shower did not have enough ventilation. Outside, there was a carport with an assigned spot that made for more comfortable loading and unloading of our luggage without worrying about rain, or standing out in the sun. There was also a small dumpster just around the corner that made for convenient disposal of trash with enough distance from the property that we didn’t have to worry about pests. Overall, we had no major issues with the rental and highly recommend considering it for a trip to Maui.

Experienced Maui Vacationer here- I booked this condo for an 8 day trip for two of my friends and I. The condo was absolutely outstanding, it was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, there are so many hiking trails that were incredibly close to the condo. Dragonstooth was extremely close and a great hike to do almost every day! We saw SO MANY whales while we were outside in our backyard. The rental company was easy to get ahold of. The check in process was simple (they email you a code and you just walk in) The neighborhood is exquisite. Very close drive to Kaanapali and still also very close to all the hiking on the northwest part of the island along HWY 30. I would book this condo or any condo's with this company again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful views with plenty of comfort and space. Furniture well used and dated and noisy air conditioner are the downside. Close to beach, golf and restaurants! Comfortable but needs TLC.

Overall, villa was very nice. Would be nice to have things like dish soap, Tupperware, plastic bags, sugar, hand soap and other standard kitchen items like these included so that we didn't have to run out and buy them.

Nice clean condo

Very close to everything that Kapalua had to offer! The amenities and extra towels provided were second to none and the beach is a two-minute walk from the property. The washer & dryer were extremely useful as well. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay!

We love staying in Kapalua for our Maui vacations. We especially love the view of the golf course and ocean from the lanai. They gave us plenty of basic supplies (linens/towels, TP, beach chairs) to make our stay comfortable; even including hand sanitizer, wipes, and masks. The location is great, easy drive to Ironwoods beach, DT Fleming, or Kapalua Bay. We didn't try walking but they're not more than a 15 minute walk. My biggest complaint is that the AC window unit in the bedroom runs loud so I'd recommend ear plugs if sleeping with AC on. You can always open the windows and there will be plenty of fresh air coming in. The unit is a little dated but we didn't mind that so much. Overall it's a great unit in a great location and would stay there again.

This was a horrible experience with Aloha Villas. Was Major mold issue, and they never Came over to take care of it. Also leak in Bathroom and they never helped.
Jake should be ashamed of himself for not helping the guest when there was a problem and asst Vicky was rude and screamed at me when asked for Help.
Do Not use this company \"aloha Vacation Villas\" they are the worst and don\'t help a client at all with problems at this unit.
Jake, the manager/owner, did nothing to help with Major Mold Issues ...which is a health hazard to all Potential guests

I had high expectations at $300 for 1 bedroom in Kapalua Ridge. Certainly the pictures and descriptions looked good. However, upon arrival it was evident that this property has not been well loved by the owners. It had an overall "dirty" vibe to it, not the "didn't get cleaned today properly" vibe...the "been neglected for years" feel. I could list about 10-13 areas that hadn't been cleaned/fixed/repaired/etc...too many to go into. I encountered nice fat, xlarge cockroaches in the house almost daily (in bedroom..lucky me) along with slugs, millipedes. I am familiar with bugs Hawaii and Kapalua but this was abnormal for a condo. Not what you pay top dollar and expect. Also, don't expect starter coffee, any tupperware, foil, wrap, etc. It's pretty darn barebones in the kitchen and condo. Couldn't find any extra sheets for bed. Location is nice however and so are views. This is the first negative review I have ever had to leave for a vacation rental experience and the first time I have come away feeling "ripped off". Hopefully the management company will have the integrity to post this review so other people will go into this rental with as much perspective as possible.

Well kept, well appointed unit with great views. Master bedroom had especially nice panoramic overview of the ocean, Molokai, and part of the golf course. Whales were easily seen. The unit was very roomy especially upstairs with separate sinks, large walk-in closet, good Clothing storage. Location was good for walks to the pathway on the ocean and access to pleasant walks in the area. The only downside was that it tends to be much more windy and rainy in Kapalua. The constant moisture tends to give the unit a musty smell, though this is common everywhere in Hawaii, Especially with ground level units.. The lighting in the unit was excellent except for the dining room table area, where you need a flashlight to eat your food at night. Kitchen appliances were excellent, with an especially nice refrigerator and icemaker. Washer and dryer are also an excellent addition. Would stay there again. Property management was very good, though we had no complaints that need to be addressed.

Our experience from start to finish was nothing short of spectacular. The management company was quite responsive, the unit's location was exquisite, views were killer and the condo was professionally maintained.

Great views and wonderful accommodation. Lots of room for 2. Would be great for family of 4. Shuttle service is appreciated on a hot day with beach gear. Special shoutout to Jake, he was helpful on many occasions. Unit was lacking in snorkel equipment, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella for the beach.

We were taking first trip to Maui and had some apprehension where to stay. The Ridge was more than perfect. In first 15 minutes we saw whale spouts from the patio and already accomplished our most important goal “ See Whales”. The condo was wonderfully equipped, beautifully setup and convenient to the shore walks, beaches and tasty restaurants. Condo was clean and well-maintained, grounds groomed and the view. We never needed any assistance from management. Arrival instructions were spot on. We arrived after dark late Saturday- no problems finding or using entry code. Our friends are tired of hearing about this dream rental that we found on line. One can go out the front door and be on walking routes of every level of challenge. Walks through the Ritz adjoining property took one to beach with overlooking restaurant-go straight to dessert menu. If the path is taken past Resturant , one arrives at DT Fleming beach. Surfing and swimming for the brave, young and strong. Very comfortable sand to sit and spend an hour watching waves thrill locals and novices. Lahaina 20 minute drive- a good town for charter, whale watching, snorkeling and scuba excursions. Drivers in Hawaii abide to 45 mph limit. Just relax and scan the ocean drive for whales breaching. Not you, driver. The food was special at so many places. Mama’s above Paia, Paia fish market, Kimos, Lahaina fish market, Merriman, Malas, Aunt Sandy’s on road to Hana. Rode to Hana- worth it definitely. We passed Paia at 10:00 AM. Well that was 2 hours later than we should have left. We were 10 miles from Hana at 4:30. All in the car voted to be off Road to Hana before 6:30 arrival of Dark. We stopped along the way and saw a lot. Plan to return and finish that trek. Gypsy’s Guide to Hana app on phone greatly added to the drive. I just hope that no one reads this note or doesn’t believe it. We would be very sad if 611 Ridge is already rented w

The unit was very clean and well appointed, and very quiet. The views were excellent. We were very happy with our stay.

Very clean and they provided a lot of the basics beyond what we expected. Beach towels and chairs were all in great shape. Kitchen was up to date. Only issue was the shag carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom. Very happy with this place!

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The place was easy to book, check in was seamless and communication with property manager was made available if it was ever needed. The online listing was accurate. The community was well kept and quiet. We never had any issues with the a/c, water pressure and heat with four adults while both beds (including sofa bed) were comfortable. The location was perfect for walking access to the beach. Easy walk to nearby Ritz hotel or market, though shuttle is also available. Highly recommend if staying in this area.

The location was great and the online listing was accurate for this villa. We were are very pleased with the stay, you can't go wrong with this villa!

Great location, good view, close to everything, clean, quiet and relaxing. The bathrooms are original 1980's vintage and carpet replacement would be a big plus. The kitchen has been updated. The unit had everything we needed and it was close to the pool. If you want a completely updated unit this may not be it, but for us a great visit and great unit for the price.

It was a hot 9 days we were in Kapalua and unfortunately the upstairs air conditioner was woefully inadequate. It also has a timer on the air conditioner which turns the unit off every few hours which is annoying to say the least. We will not be renting this unit in the future and recommend you warn anyone else who stays here about the air-conditioning problem.

We loved the location and the views. We could leave the doors open and hear the ocean and the breezes. The kitchen has been updated but the bathrooms are very old (original 80s) and the carpets are badly stained and shag type. The furniture is dated. It was very expensive, maybe because it was over the Holidays, but it was expensive considering the condition. However, it was very comfortable. There is a shuttle if you need it. It's a short walk to a very nice beach and a lava promentory which is of great geological interest. You can also walk to the Ritz Hotel. There are walks along the shore but distance is limited. The downside of the location is that it is a long way from the middle of the island or the Hana side. We found ourselves doing a lot of driving with at least 45 minute trips each way. It's greener and prettier in Kapalua and it only rained once but that is the trade off for being on the NW part of the island.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Jake and his folks are excellent. Responed immediately to any problem we had.

Villa 611 was a very nice place to stay. The sliding doors to the lanais were in poor shape, but a little WD-40 got them sliding smoothly again. The AC units are a little noisy, but we found we could run them while we were away and still kept the unit comfortable. The unit was a little sparse on cooking utensils, but we got along OK. All-in-all a very comfortable unit that was quiet with a beautiful view of the Kapalua Bay course and the ocean.

We were over the moon with this property!! It captured the island flavor with it\'s spaciousness and rap around views that were amazing!! The unit was outstanding, we were so happy with everything it offered us! Full beautiful kitchen, dining area and living room made us feel that we were in dream. Tons of storage, super large bathroom upstairs and a convenient shower was in the downstairs. The large bedroom upstairs with breathtaking views was so comfortable!! The location was perfect! walk to the beach at the end of the road, walk to the supermarket right on the Ritz property. We couldn\'t have been happier. The concierge was super kind and helpful with booking us our luau and our tandem parasailing adventure!! The swimming pool and hot tub are right across the street from the unit. Privacy was an At, The unit and surrounding grounds were maintained to a "T". Its was so calm and welcoming, the staff were top notch. We were literately minutes from any attraction we wanted to see. We used the guides / literature that were at our disposal in the unit as well as the "Maui" channel on the large flat screen t.v.! Again the staff were just a phone call away if we had any questions or wanted to make reservations to any of the fabulous restaurants!

The beaches were out of this world, some I felt like we had it all to ourselves except for the turtles we met who seemed to like us. Others had just the right amount of visitors for us to enjoy together as well.

This property and the staff get the highest marks possible. I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for not just a vacation but an experience. We are already making plans to visit again as soon as possible!!

We loved staying at the Kapalua Ridge Villas. This unit was exactly like described, clean and had amazing views. The Management Company was very accomodating, especially when I had to have something I forgot sent from home. Would love to stay here again when we visit next year!

My husband and I were here for a short 5 night stay and we loved this location. The view is gorgeous. Everything in this area was very enjoyable. The pool is very close by within a short walking distance. The beach is a 10 minute walk down the hill. The resort grounds are well kept. The room itself was nice but could use a little updating. There is a store (Honolulu Store)and several nice restaurants(Sansei)very conveniently located nearby.

Love the views. So beautiful. Sit on your lanai and have a view that's even better than the picture. Sometimes the whales will be really active so you can watch them from your veranda with binoculars. We were happy with our stay. The views are fantastic. The location is amazing. The property was very clean. The property management company is great. We understand that we are paying a bit less for this property because it hasn't been updated as much as similar properties in the development. The kitchen is wonderful and has been updated. But the bathrooms are fast approaching being a detriment to the experience. The master bath shower was hardly functional for someone taller than 5 ft tall. The hand held shower in that bathroom needs some work. My husband ended up using the first floor bath since the hand held shower in the master bath had limited range. The toilet area in the master bath no longer has a door. I know there was a door last year because we stayed in the same unit last year. The door has been removed. You can close the door for the whole upstairs bathroom but then no one else can use the other sink/shower/bath area. Overall we were very satisfied because that view is unbelievable. But this property is fast approaching (probably past the need) the requirement for a bathroom update. If this is something that bothers you, probably better to stay somewhere else and pay a bit more.

Pleasant and clean with lots of light and a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining, shopping, etc.

The good: Plenty of room for my family of 4. Kitchen is new and well stocked even has a coffe grinder. Short walk to a great beach. Very short walk to a pool. Wake board and beach toys are provided. Great view. Two TV’s with HD were great to watch the bowl games. Room for improvement: Musty smell especially at the start of our stay. Ceiling fan down stairs doesn’t work. Bathrooms are ready to be remodeled.

We've stayed at many rental properties across all of the islands, and this condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Good quiet locations with great ocean views, but still walking distance to local Kapalua and Napili beaches

We have had a wonderfull 12 days stay at this villa! Kapalua has everything...Golf, excellent snorkelplaces, very friendly people and gorgious vieuws... it is our last time on Hawaii, but our beautiful memories are in our remembrance for ever...

Condo was clean, well equipped and beautiful view. Only down side was the shag carpet in the bedroom, would prefer tile. Also the gardeners at the golf course start mowing very early.

Lovely stay on Maui as always. The condo location was good and as I expected, but was disappointed with condition. It needs some serious updating. Overall however, it was clean and the view was nice, while not spectacular.

Staying at Kapalua was wonderful. So many places to walk and explore. The beach was close, dining wonderful and views spectacular. The villa was well maintained and well stocked with a beautiful kitchen. Its just a short drive to Kaanapali and Lahaina, but the evenings in Kapalua are much quieter and relaxing. Loved the convenience of having the car parked right at the door!

Such a great time! The property where the villa is located is beautiful and soooo well kept. You can walk to just about everything you need!

What I love about Kapalua is the relaxed life style in a stunning setting. The Ridge condos are convenient to a quaint general store with simple meals and food and beach supplies. There are several wonderful restaurants nearby, too. The condo offers an ocean view from the patio and 2nd floor bedroom. You can walk to several beaches and pools plus there is a free shuttle bus to take around Kapalua. I had a few requests and management co promptly handled them. I will return.

Condo was a lower unit - smelled must upon entering. Would consider only upper next time. Have stayed several times in Kapalua. The Gold units are much nicer. Kitchen had been re-done - However, bathrooms need updating, and window treatments. Blinds missing tilt wands, crank open windows not all working. No screen on one. View is very nice. Bed very comfortable. It was clean.

Happy with Aloha Vacations! They are very accommodating. Would ask them more questions next time.

The 2 floor unit is spacious, has a great ridge view of ocean and Bay golf course, and has easy parking and access to a beautiful uncrowded beach. Price was very reasonable but besides the updated kitchen the unit is dated and is not maintained as as well as we were expecting. Definitely needs a new bed

Everything was great.

Very comfortable condo and nice and quiet (save for the weed whacking during daylight hours) My only notes would be to please leave some provisions for the traveler - I am used to finding some salt, pepper, sugar in the cupboards at vacation rentals - here there are no small treasures and it is inconvenient. Additionally there are many fees (beyond the $180 cleaning fee) that, when tallied, start to feel excessive. We had a smooth booking experience and loved the location and views.

We had a great time. After spending 5 nights on the Kannapali Beach we were ready for privacy and quite. Great views and convenient to the pool. Kapalua restaurants and beaches are just a short distance. Several of the windows and screens need a tune up, especially since the breeze is an important part of the ambiance. I would also suggest an update to window coverings. The tilt blinds don't work very well.

Sehr ruhige Wohnanlage, tolles Apartement, voll ausgestattete Küche, bequemes King-Bett, ausreichend Handtücher in allen Bädern. Es war sehr angenehm, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Am Strand Schildkröten??Vorteil der Wohnanlage, es liegt am Ende der Küstenstraße von Kapalua, somit wenig Verkehr. Kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful peaceful area away from the traffic and noise. Condo clean with everything you could wish for stocked in the cupboards. Two barbecues located at pool area directly to rear of condo. The only thing we wished for during our stay was a couple of beach chairs to use. Coffee every morning on the upstairs balcony watching whales or turning our heads to watch the golfers. Easy to locate on arrival (late at night), with lights left on for us. Two air conditioners present, but unnecessary as the breezes blow constantly keeping condo more than comfortable. Beach within easy walk, however while we were there only suited to surfers due to high winds. Kapalua bay very close and always perfect for swimming or snorkelling. Not to mention the location of our favorite restaurant The Sea House, amazing food and unsurpassable view. Wifi signal strong throughout the condo. I would certainly book this condo again without hesitation. The view is impossible to beat anywhere on Maui.

The location of this property was excellent and it was very clean. However, we did have an issue with the air conditioner in the master bedroom. It sounded as though it was working but didn't produce any cold air. We called Jake who did send someone out right away to check it out. He wasn't able to fix it but brought a portable unit the next day. While that unit worked, it did leak quite a bit and we had to use towels to soak up the water. Jake said the old air conditioner would be replaced by the homeowners association during our 8 night stay but that didn't happen. The portable unit eventually leaked less but it would have been better to have an installed unit that actually worked. Overall we were very happy with Aloha Vacations and will rent with them again but will select a different unit. When I said I would recommend the property to a friend I meant that I would recommend the Ridge and Aloha Vacations but not this particular unit.

My family and I were so extremely excited and pleased with this unit!! It was perfect for a family of four. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It\'s a private corner unit with amazing ocean views the from bottom and top floor! The property manager made the process easy. My family and I had breakfast very morning on the patio while taking in the spectacular ocean view. We couldn\'t get enough of the views ,which are better than the photos. The property is beautiful, quiet and in a great location. You feel like it\'s your own little paradise! My family and I cannot wait to go back!

This Kapalua Ridge Villa was perfect for our 10 year anniversary getaway. The location to the beach, Ironwoods surf spot, and nearby restaurants was great. The views are even better than the pictures. So serene, with the towering Cook Pines, golf course and expansive ocean views. Molokai is in full view too and amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The villa was comfortable and clean. The only thing that would made our stay even more enjoyable would be for the house to have 2 comfortable beach chairs for guest use. Otherwise an amazing place to stay - we hope to come back.

This was a wonderful spot to stay, and affordable. It was a little annoying that the refrigerator would not close, and the kitchen faucet dripped if not in the right position, and the stove was not functioning on all 4 burners, but I guess that's why it was "affordable". Here is my tip to the owners: You may be about to remodel (hopefully) but go ahead and get the new refrigerator. You will burn about $30 to $35/month in electric costs with an old refrigerator, especially one that falls open when not slammed. I work in renewable and energy efficiency and people spend a fortune not replacing their refrigerators, or keeping that extra refrigerator in the garage to keep frozen a casserole that burned about $40/month in electricity costs, because that refrigerator is even older. Nonetheless it was a fine place to stay (minus the shower curtain) and the furnishings were pleasant. The view of this unit is panoramic, and much better than if you stay at the Ritz Carlton, across the way. I would stay here over there any day...because I love to cook and a pool is pool is a pool.

The condo is in an ideal location. It was a wonderful place to spend the week. The condo is nice enough to just stay there!

My wife and I visit Hawaii frequentdly. This was our third trip in the past year. This was the best location we have ever stayed. Kapalua is located on the NW shore away from the high rise hotels with their congestion and crowds. The condo is located in a small complex which has the feel of a small private residential neighborhood. It is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and a nice pool facility is almost directly across the street.The views from the Lanai were incredible. Due west was Molakai and due north was Hanalua Bay with ocean expanse and jumping whales in between. The property management people we very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The location and view were magnificent! We could see whales every time we sat outside (during the day of course). Bed was comfy and appliances worked. The unit needed a bit of TLC, but nothing too dramatic. When we called for something to be repaired, it was done within an hour, so can't complain about that. We would recommend both the booking company and the unit.
