This is the place to stay on Maui. Everything is clean, modern and like new. Of all the places we’ve stayed on Maui this is our favorite. The staff at Parrish was also very helpful and we thank them. Mahalo especially to Andrea West at guest services.

We love staying here for our Maui vacation. The condo has everything you’d need to feel at home from beach supplies to kitchen tools. We particularly appreciated having a cooler to take with us to the beach. The condo has a great partial view of Molokai and a nice ocean view overall. The lanai was perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying morning coffee. Other reviewers mentioned the squeaky bed we didn’t find this to be the case. The bed was quiet and perfectly comfortable for us. Great proximity to the pool on the property. There is a beach that’s a short (5mins max) walk from the condo—directly across the street and down the stairs. We spent most beach days at D.T Fleming as it seemed more accommodating to swimming and has the Beach Shack for snacks/shakes. D.T. Fleming was ~10-15mins walking. We found it to be a fairly easy walk with our beach items but for those that prefer to drive I believe there’s a parking lot. Lastly, for anyone curious (or plastic-conscious) there’s a filtered water dispenser inside the fridge. We found this very convenient as we didn’t need to buy bottled water. We’d definitely stay here again!

Property has a nice view and close to beach. Would love to plan a trip back.

We have been to Maui a few times and it’s our first time staying on the Kapalua side and we loved it! The apt is spacious and conveniently located! We loved being able to walk to trails and the lil shops nearby. We’d definitely come stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

The property is in a great location and the place is very nice!

Everything was nice except for the bed & pillows. The bed was slanted and the headboard noisily creaked with every tiny movement. The pillows were either flat or lumpy but the extra pillows in the closet were firm so we used those. Even the sofa pillows were flat. I’d recommend a new bed, headboard, & pillows. We’ve been to Maui 9 times & found Kapalua too rainy. When we went to Lahaina, only 20 minutes away, it was sunny & warm. Will never stay in Kapalua again.

We recently spent 10 days in Kapalua. We stayed at the Ridge Villas. The accommodations were superb. The condo had everything what we needed. The views from the terrace were unbelievable. The condo is a walking distance to the best beach on the island. There are also several scenic hikes nearby. We highly recommended this place and planning to come back.

Our vacation rental experience was our best ever. Well worth waiting (2) years before getting back due to COVID virus. We highly recommend not only staying in the Kapalua Bay Maui Resort but in one of their Ridge Villas. This Villa in our opinion is the nicest Villa we've stayed in mainly because we prefer having all the living space on (1) level, no stairs to go up & down when it's time for bed or when you want to get something to eat in the kitchen. Try it, we know you'll love it. We've stayed in the Kapalua Bay Resort since 1984; At the Hotel & in many Villas; Bay, Ocean & Ridge. This Ridge Villa is by far the best & We've already booked it for 2023. You will not be disappointed!

Ridge Villa 114 is located in Building 1, which is the lowest in elevation of all the Ridge Villas, which makes the view there the poorest. Interestingly, the online description never mentions it is in building 1, only the villa 114 unit number. Any building on the Ridge from 3-32 has a far superior ocean view. This villa is listed as Gold but needs a serious update. The couch is old and lumpy. The Bed creaks and groans every time we moved. The lanai furniture is in terrible condition and should be replaced immediately. We never sat out there for that reason. We have stayed at Kapalua villas many times in past years so we have lots to compare to. I would not stay at this villa again and would not recommend it to future guests.

I am SO glad I chose this villa. It felt like a home away from home and looked just like the pictures. The place was beautiful and location was perfect. The only thing I would ask that they fix is the screen door. IDK if it was loose at the hinges but it kept slamming. The door was very minor in scope though and I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very nicely appointed single level lower ridge unit that offers amazing views. We tend to cook in when staying on Maui so the well supplied and organized kitchen was a plus.

Very nicely appointed condo in beautiful Kapalua. Comfortable bed, clean and having a washer and dryer was a nice perk! The unit and building were quiet, air conditioning was appreciated and we enjoyed the lanai. There were beach chairs and pool towels, as well as a cooler to use. Plenty of hangers, shampoo and conditioner and even a safe!

We had a great time during our maui vacation while staying here. It’s clean, comfortable, and close to the beach, restaurants, and other scenic sites. My favorite thing was having breakfast at the patio with an ocean view. We didnt have any issues during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if given a chance.

The condo is in excellent condition and everything you could possibly want or need is provided. The views from the patio are stunning. The resort itself is one of the most beautiful we’ve stayed in. The only drawback is Kapalua is very remote. Going to other resorts and exploring the island requires a very long drive. If your happy to stay put you will be extremely happy here. There are some wonderful restaurants close by and a market. The management team was extraordinarily responsive to anything we needed.

This was our first time staying at the Ridge Villas and couldn't have asked for a better location. The place is just a short walk to the beach, the market, and the pool. The villa was furnished with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking. We also appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. Absolutely stunning views! We had a wonderful time in Kapalua and enjoyed this awesome property!

We rented four separate condos for this family trip, and this one was one of the favorites! The kitchen was beautiful & incredibly well equipped. We have used Aloha Vacation Villas for years and can't recommend them highly enough.

We spent much of our time soaking up the ocean view like a sponge. With our head in the ever-changing vista and lulled by the Trade Winds constantly flowing in, our time in this comfortable villa was enhanced by the serene privacy in this well-appointed vacation respite of beautiful Kapalua Ridge. Loved the pool!

The grounds are well maintained and gorgeous! The Villa is exactly as described! Beach towels and chairs included! Walking distance to beach, hiking trails, restaurants and convenience store. Perfect location!

Well appointed condo that has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Great views from the private lanai. Within walking distance to three beautiful beaches and hiking trails. Enjoyed having access to tennis courts. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Can\'t over look the over riding problem of terrible ant infestation. They were everywhere, cubbords, microwave, counters, dishwasher, sink, bathroom shower and sinks, even washer and dryer. Management was quick to respond by spraying but problem was back the next day. Have never encountered this so bad anywhere else. Location was great, we love Kapalua, management was commendable. When you are on vacation you shouldn\'t have to worry about leaving a fork in the sink or food becoming infested in cupboards or drawers. There were also red centipedes on the floor inside. Not something you want to step on in bare feet. Wish we had paid more attention to previous reviews about the ant problem.

We had a great quiet stay. It was me, my fiance and three year old and the size was perfect for us. We LOVED the access to the beach that was very close. The pool was amazing and clean. Rob who is a contact to call for the Villas was a great help. The home was clean and updated. I will stay here again.

Love the location and the finishing in this condo were very well done

This unit was very nice. It was supplied very well to be comfortable throughout the stay and for beach days. Chairs cooler and umbrella were a pleasant surprise. The one annoyance were the tiny little ant things that could get into food packages in kitchen despite our best effort and the owners effort with ant baits. Overall a great stay.

Our stay at Kapalua was amazing. Great clean condo with a perfect view. Quiet, relaxing area with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Can't way to return!

We loved this condo. The views are great. The pictures don't do it justice! It is very private compared with other units. We loved this location in quiet Kapalua. So close to all without the hustle bustle that you find at the resorts. The Honolua store in the resort is a great option for quick snacks for the beach or for hot meals from their food counter. The unit was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. We will rent this unit again!

Loved our week at Kapalua Ridge 114. Could not be more convenient to tennis and golf and loved the Kapalua Trail walk to Kapalua Bay from Iron Ridge Beach right across the street. Great condo in every way!

This is a lovely condo. The location is ideal, just minutes from cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, beaches, etc. The unit was immaculately clean with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed and pillows are comfy. Bathrooms have nice linens and good water pressure. The view from the lanai is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. Everything was above average. Kitchen appliances,dishes were all new. It was spotlessly clean. We could walk to a beautiful beach in five minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Kapalua Ridge Villas about a week for our honeymoon. We were so happy with the experience, everything was perfect for a reasonable price. We also ended up staying at Walea beach resort and the Kea Lani Fairmont for a week, those were quite nice as well, but our experience was offset by the inflated prices. Here at Kapalua Ridge Villas you get spacious luxury villa for less than you spend on a cramped hotel room. We are definitely planning our trip back here in the future.

This condo is so lovely and perfect. I had a last minute trip with my kiddos and we had everything we could possibly need. I felt safe and looked after in every way. Thank you so much for going above the usual weird kitchen items and truly having quality pans and everything you would need. Vicky and crew do such a nice job!

My husband and I have been visiting Maui for years and love the Kapalua area of the island. In particular we find the Ridge at Kapalua to be the perfect location for our stays. This was our first visit to this Ridge unit and it was our favorite by far. It has been beautifully renovated throughout with high end finishes. The views of the ocean from the lani are breathtaking making it the perfect place to relax. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The Ridge is situated near lots of fine dining and places to explore. Aloha Vacation Villas was great to work with! We look forward to returning again in the future!

I could live here. Loved it...super clean, updated and homey. Great whale watching from the kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as patio. Was hard to leave. Short walk to pool and beaches.

My stay at Kapalua Ridge was just what the doctor ordered. The Villa has everything you would have at home, plus more, especially the fantastic view. It is in a quiet area, ideal for rest and relaxation with plenty of amazing restaurants in nearby resorts to enjoy happy hour and even more amazing views. I highly recommend Sea House, Cane & Canoe, and Merrimans, great cocktails and mouth watering food. I had the lobster sliders at Cane & Canoe, so delicious.

This is the 4th year we have rented from Aloha Vacation Villas and they are amazing. The property was clean, organized, and gorgeous. We would definitely rent from AVV again and recommend this condo.

Perfect accommodations for our vacation. Loved the fact that they had beach chairs, boogie boards, and floaties for the pool. Didn't have to purchase. Saved money by cooking our own meals as well...Sat outside on the patio a lot--due to the way they are spaced it felt completely private.

It was wonderful. Not knowing what to expect when you just view pictures on line. The layout was great. It had everything you would need. Plenty of clean linens, including beach towels, all the kitchenware you would need, good closet storage with hangers, washer/dryer. Comfortable bed and furniture. Fantastic view of the ocean with just a 2 minute walk to the beach, covered parking, odor free in quiet neighborhood.

Everything was very good and fine Never needed to check in and had zero contact with staff except for a fedex delivery which was very curteous and consciencious.

We had a 42day rental and the experience was the best ever.Could not have asked for anything better. Right from the start from the reservation with Vicki and Chelsea from Aloha Vacation Villas and throughout our stay was perfect. Each week their service would come in and switch out for clean linen and towels. Rob, one of their managers helped us do a print out from our email by allowing us to go to his home to use his printer. Everything was "above and beyond" with a smile! His office manager helped us later with printing out boarding passes.

We stayed in this condo for only two nights but wish it could have been longer! The condo isn't right on the beach, but it has a great ocean view and the beach is easily within walking distance. The porch is situated so that it's very private. The condo is spotless and recently updated, with a very nice kitchen and two great bathrooms. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable! The management company was very helpful and responsive. The prices are a little lower because the condo isn't as close to the beach, but since you have to walk a little way to the beach no matter which villa you stay in, I think this condo is a great value. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Ridge 114. The location was great for walks to DT Fleming Beach (and the Ritz Carlton), the Honolua store (an ABC store), Oneloa Bay, and Kapalua Beach. Assuming that you will have a rental vehicle it is just a short drive to other beaches, attractions, and grocery stores (like Safeway). One thing you might want to check before going is the typical weather-- we had a windy and rainy few days that we later found out were typical for the north side of the island at this time of year (late November/early December). The place was really nice (updated and clean), with all the conveniences of home (great kitchen with dishwasher, great master bath shower, and washer and dryer). Management (Jake) was responsive and really helpful in getting us a pack n play and highchair for our 10 month old son/nephew. The place is big enough to sleep two adults in the master bedroom (with a pack n play or small crib) and two adults on the sleep sofa. The pool is literally across the street and also offers a huge covered deck including a fully stacked kitchen plus two 3 burner Weber gas grills. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

My wife and I absolutely loved the condo. It was more than what we expected. The view and the beauty of the area was wonderful. We could walk to just about everything. We came home and immediately signed up for double the time next year!

We have been staying at the Ridge Villas for the past 3 years. We rented a different condo at the recommendation of Aloha Vacation Villas and we were not disappointed. The condo was amazing and was fully stocked. Aloha Vacation Villas has amazing properties and truly makes booking simple and vacations great!

My family and I just returned home from our stay at this beautiful villa on Maui and we cannot say enough good about the property. The interior of the home was spotless and well decorated. Everything was seamless from the booking process all the way to the end of our stay. This location of this villa was excellent. You are walking distance from several restaurants, beautiful private beaches, across the street from the pool, and have an incredible view of the ocean. We are so grateful to have found this property and for everything going so smoothly. We look forward to booking this exact villa again next year.

We appreciated arriving to a clean rental. The property is located in a fantastic area and the covered parking is a plus. After being out all day exploring & coming in to relax for the evening, the living room furniture is very uncomfortable for lounging or winding down. The furniture looks nice but is not for actual use. We absolutely enjoyed everything else about the rental. Easy walk to the beach also.

Weloved the view from the back patio. The location was good as it was close to Kapalua beach which we like to swim in. The condo was well equipped.

My little family of three had such a great time in Maui and loved staying at this wonderful condo. It was clean and had all of the amenities. The view is great! The cost is reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at different villa around Kapalua - Golf Villas, Ridge Villas and Bay Villas. We have decided that the Ridge is the place for us, mainly due to location and value for money. Last year we stayed at a plush Bay Villa, but the extra $100 a night we paid to stay there, wasn't really worth that amount. The only thing I would say against this villa is the proximity to the main road. You are aware of the closeness of it, whilst sitting on your lanai, there is a bit of noise from passing traffic. All in all we would stay here again!

We had to clean the filters off both AC units as the dust was caked on, the dryer vent was full of lint and sand. Several dishes were put away dirty, the blender had fermented liquid in it, dust and debris under the bed. It took us a few hours to clean things up. The person there did send someone over to assist with the dryer and bedroom issue. We did enjoy our stay and would go back again but feel the $135 cleaning fee was not well used in our case.

We stayed in this Gold Villa for 3 weeks, over all it was wonderful, they did a great job on dating the condo. Loved the shower,especially the rain shower. Kitchen was great,the views were amazing.Loved the fact that as soon as you walk into the room, you see the ocean views.They really had everything you need,they had beach chairs & beach towels,small cooler,umbrellas,just to name a few things. We really appreciated the spices they also had. Everything was really great. Only a few small things that I would like to add,that could be addressed: Couch not very comfortable for sitting, or sleeping,fridge door squeaky each time you open it,also the freezer door with the ice maker was leaking Water ever so lightly. The bed also squeaks. It would be nice if the carpet in the bedroom was changed.The last thing,the last people before us used the dryer,and it was full of sand ,that was first not very smart,but also not cleaned by the staff,that charges $175.00 for cleaning As for management,we really had nobody there the whole 3 weeks we were there. We did meet the young lady Maria,but that was because we dropped into her office where she works,it was because I wanted to meet her. Nobody called,to ask if we needed anything. The reservation was great,I really liked Vicky, she was very helpful,anything I needed I would just email her and she always got back to me ASAP. So all in all I would definitely recommend Ridge Villa 114 Thank you

Our family had an amazing time at our unit on Kapalua ridge. We have been to Hawaii five times stating at condos, houses and resorts and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Location, quality of the unit, overall design, and price were all fantastic, Definitely a great value. Thanks

As soon as we arrived at our condo, we congratulated ourselves on the perfect choice. We couldn't believe how beautiful our surroundings were, and how conveniently located the condo complex (The Ridge Villas at Kapalua) was. We were steps from the pool and the beach, with a killer ocean view. The condo itself is tastefully appointed, very clean, with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone contemplating a stay in Kapalua. Oh, and we were so close to fantastic restaurants - we'd recommend Merrimans particularly. Can't wait to return!

We stayed for 7 nights in this villa. It was very clean. The view is amazing. The villa is well equiped and in perfect condition. We were in Kapalua in August and it was a perfect location, sunny but not too hot. The area is one of the most beautiful part of the island. The beach is 5 minutes by walk and it's gorgeous. We were sad to leave. We would love to come back.

Presented as in the photos. Covered parking. Clean, neat, fresh, tasteful. Fully stocked with essential hardware, just bring food & drink. Comfortable king-sized bed. Had small issue with Wi-Fi but property manager responded quickly and problem was resolved shortly thereafter. I would have liked the unit to be a second floor for a bit of a better view but the lanai was still good and private. Just steps from the pool which was convenient. Management company easy to work with and efficient. Very nice, I would recommend it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Ridge. The accomodations were amazing. (the pictures do not do it justice...espcially the view) A few mornings we were able to sit out on the lanai and whale watch while we were having our morning coffee. The amenitities were great within the condo. We traveled with our two young children and the condo fit us just fine - It actually is a very large condo. The kitchen had all the utencils you could need and spices for our cooking needs. There is also a washer and dryer within the condo - which is a great option to have. The grounds were always being landscaped and cleaned, the pool, which is very close, was always clean. We had an excellent time in Maui and would recommend this condo to anyone else that is planning on a vacation to Maui!

We have been going to Maui from Alaska for over 30 years. This was the first time we stayed on West Maui, and Ridge 114 Gold was far and away the nicest, most comfortable and luxurious unit we have experienced, especially for the price. The unit is spacious, not the typical "tunnel", with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We did not see one insect inside, even when food or drips were left on the counter - that's a first. All appliances and fixtures were in excellent working order. The location on the Kapalua Resort is stunning, with ocean views from the lanai and whales galore (in March). We particularly enjoyed the quiet and darkness at night. We will be back if at all possible.

Kapalua Ridge #114 met and even went beyond our expectations. The size of the unit is perfect for two. The kitchen cabinets are beautiful and LOVED the granite counter tops! The whole villa has been tastefully decorated, but beyond that this place is so comfortable and the view beautiful, that it made it a treat to come home from a long day or just hang out and relax. The two bathrooms, in my opinion, are priceless, as well as the washer and dryer. Master bed and en-suite are large and comfortable. We ate breakfast out on the lanai every morning and took in the view and watched the whales frolic in the ocean. Nice trail system for long walks around Kapalua area as well. My husband and I highly recommend villa #114!

great stay

This is a wonderful rental, so modern and clean, beautiful throughout and the view was wonderful. The best thing though had to be the bed, my husband and I have NEVER slept on a more comfortable mattress, I must find out what it was. We highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Ridge Villa 114. The view is amazing, location excellent, wonderful amenities and being able to sit on your lanai and watch the whales...priceless...Both Jake and Victoria were wonderful. We would not hesitate to rent this location or another one managed by Jake.

The villa was beautiful. We arrived and were going to go shopping for household items, but found it wasn't necessary. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. This is the first time we have had all of the dishwashing and laundry soap we needed, as well as basic condiments. The condo was outstanding and I would rent again with no hesitation. I do prefer being close to the ocean, so the next rental will be in the same complex but in the beach villas.

This condo was extremely clean and modern. Wonderful location and lanai views. Pool and BBQ directly across the street. A 5 minutes walk to amenities and the Ritz. We would recommend a stay here. Only thing we thought could have been improved was the king size master it could use an upgrade:) and we didn't have long distance calling as some of our other friends condos did. All around a five star stay in our opinion!

Our vacation was absolutely perfect! The villa was in immaculate condition and the view of the ocean was amazing. I love how modern the villa. We can't wait to come back next year. Would recomend highly to anyone.

The unit was very nice and in great condition however the location was not good.

Nice condo, but not the best location for us. All the activites & restaurants we enjoyed were about a 15 minute drive where it was dryer and sunnier. Had trouble connecting with the Internet routinely, would have been nice to have one full- length mirror, outdoor light is burned out making it difficult to see door keypad - those are little things. The bed was wonderful comfy, the 2 baths were great, very nice kitchen - big pluses.

The condo was beautiful but I had to have maintance in almost daily for appliances that did not work.

everything was as told in reservation process but the flaws i found are: 1) ocean view is only 50% 2) No golf View 3) had some issues with dryer but property manager responded quickly and resolved.
