We enjoyed the condo and it has a great view.

We had an absolutely excellent time. kapalua is a paradise within a paradise and the unit a real home. It was such a beautiful area. Equipped with a free shuttle that took us all over Kapalua for free. There were grocery stores within a close distance and even Ziplining on the premises. Several beaches walking distance and a beautiful coastal trail. Loved our stay

What a great property the bed is amazing the views of the ocean and just the cleanliness of the entire community.

The Villa was Great. Beautiful location.

The villas are comfortable and well maintained. Minor glitch, the washer only worked on cold setting. We called for a repair, but there was no follow-up that we were aware of.

Had to wait 3 days to them to activate the pool key.

Be aware that there are approximately 17 stairs to walk up and down to the unit.

We recently stayed a week at this condo in June and thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities. The listing was accurate and even more beautiful in person . I wished communication and emails were better than what we had experienced however there were no delays with check-ins. The condo was more than enough for two people, the bed was comfy, and the views were spectacular. Having stayed at this location before , we enjoyed walking to Honulua store for snacks and sundries . My bf enjoyed playing golf at the Bay course and the famous Plantation course . Kapalua Bay and DT Fleming Beach are minutes away. We will definitely return .

I am someone that pays attention to a lot of detail and this property was absolutely clean and nice. Location was nice with great trails and walking distance to the store. This area is less touristy which we both loved. Would definitely stay again!

Very well maintained condo. It is very clean and spacious, and well equipped for your vacation. The bed is heavenly and the views are perfect. It’s also quiet, so you can consider this vacay a retreat.

My husband and I also loved the location. It is close to four magnificent beaches and adjacent to a beautiful and well maintained golf course. Make use of the free shuttle. It’ll take you to the nearby beaches free of charge. If you like to snorkel, don’t miss Honolua Bay. It is close and a really cool place to snorkel. I would also highly recommend eating at Mala Tavern, a sea side restaurant that is close to this villa.

All in all, this is an EXCELLENT place to stay. My husband and I will book this place again when we return to Maui. It is relaxing, comfortable, and inviting. Don’t hesitate to stay here! Five stars all the way!!!

Second time in this villa.  Pros: Clean with beautiful ocean view  Cons: Carpet needs deep cleaning
Safety hazards:  1. Edges all around the coffee table are chipped and can scrape your legs.  2. Bedroom carpet next to the bed needs to be re-stretched. Major tripping hazard.  Would recommend/rent again when hazards are corrected.

The property management team did a great job of communicating all necessary information ahead of time and the condo was spotless and perfect.

This was our second stay in the same unit at the Kapalua Golf Villas. Once again it offered everything we were looking for——a peaceful setting with an amazing ocean view with beautiful Hawaiian sunsets and abundant (binocular-assisted) whale sightings. The location is ideally situated near fine dining and beaches. The unit is clean; supplies beach towels and chairs; offers 2 bathrooms to fully accommodate a couple and a kitchen nicely supplied with all necessary items for eating in if needed. We’ll be back.

This unit (25V2) is very nice. Well appointed, clean. The Bed was comfortable. It would be great if the outdoor balcony would have a table for eating outside.

Beautifully situated on the golf course. A short drive to beaches and restaurants. Stunning view of the ocean and golf course. Super clean! Only suggestion would be at add an umbrella and small cooler for visitors to use on the beach. We loved it!

We had the loveliest stay at Kapalua Golf Villa Gold Ocean View. The condo was spacious, well stocked, and had all of the essentials for a weeklong stay in paradise. The condo was very clean and even had Hawaiian Tropic bath essentials for us in each of the bathrooms. The condo was conveniently located in Kapalua and separate enough that we felt like we could relax in privacy. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice retreat in Maui!

We’ve been to Maui several times, but this is the first time staying at the Golf Villas. We found the location very convenient and close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and central air is a luxury that we highly recommend! Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed the unit and Kapalua very much. If you're looking for an area on Maui that has a quiet scenic location, Kapalua is a good choice. This condo had everything we needed and the best part was the ocean view. Very clean, newly remodeled and good bed.

We had a great stay at the golf villas! The villa was very clean and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! The villa is located right at the 5th tee of the Kapalua bay course with an amazing view. The highlights of the trip for us were the shuttle that can easily take you anywhere in Kapalua, snorkeling in Kapalua and Napili Bays, dinner at Merrimans and Happy Hour at Sea House! Mahalo for the wonderful experience!

Excellent from start to finish.

The rental unit, Kapalua Golf 25V2, was in excellent condition, clean, nicely furnished, well located with good views. TV was a bit confusing, but rental manager responded promptly with operating assistance. We would try to rent this unit again if staying at Golf.

Everything was perfect! We loved the location with a view of the golf course and ocean. The beautiful villa was clean, well stocked and ready for use. We enjoyed playing pickleball at tennis center, pool and golf. Easy walk or short drive to restaurants and beach.

The unit is very clean and nicely situated in a quiet location at an elevation overlooking the golf course and the ocean. The binoculars supplied by the owners were a nice touch, allowing good viewing at the end of whale-watching season. The view from the balcony is even better than the published photos suggest. The unit is well supplied with spotless kitchenware and utensils. When we reported the absence of beach chairs to management, they immediately purchased 2 brand new Tommy Bahama sand chairs and delivered them to us. Maintenance was very responsive to minor repair issues and graciously sent someone to help us with our luggage at checkout on request. We found it very easy to drive five minutes to DT Fleming Park Beach which never felt crowded and offered easy parking. The golfers in the tee box below us even provided some free entertainment. The layout of the unit was perfect for a vacationing couple, especially with the 2 bathrooms, 2 smart TV’s, washer/dryer, balcony, beach towels, etc. the only real negative was the condition of the carpeting which was badly stained near the kitchen in the very center of the unit, giving it a dirty feeling. It clearly needs replacement (or change in floor covering). Overall, a peaceful, beautiful, well managed location where we would like to spend more time in the future.

We loved our stay at Kapalua Golf Vila 25V2. Beautiful and peaceful. As always Aloha is amazing and the unit was spotless upon our arrival. A couple things could be improved- the unit needs a pair of Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella and more bowls and coffee cups.

We had a long stay and really appreciated the well appointed kitchen, upgraded kitchen and bath and simple, modern furnishings. The views from the lanai were exceptional — whale watching all day long! We were very pleased with the property management team, as well. Five Stars!

Exactly the right location and layout!

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and close to every beach. Location was prime and we enjoyed every minute spent in the property. The management company did an extraordinary good job.

This golf villa was very nice. It lived up to the gold standard as far as being completely remodeled and clean. It was a pleasure being there for two weeks.

Our view of the ocean was awesome, the property was well maintained, with access to BBQ grill and pool and we had all the basics to settle in. The management staff was helpful and prompt when we needed them. Overall the stay was near perfect.

We had a great vacation experience again this year. Unit 25V2 was well appointed and clean. The only thing missing was a table on the patio to facilitate eating outside. But the maintenance staff allowed us to borrow a card table during our stay and that worked out just fine. The property management company was very professional and timely in their response

Very nice condo, updated well and equipped with everything you need. Great views of the golf course and ocean in the distance. Close to many restaurants and facilities. Maintained very well.

Overall the golf villa was great. Well stocked with towels, beach chairs and all the kitchen essentials. Appeared as if the unit had been recently remodeled. We truly enjoyed our trip and would seriously consider this villa again. I will note however unit is not a short walk to three beaches. Roughly 30 min walk carrying beach chairs gear etc is not a pleasant trip. Take the car parking is easy and worth the drive. Would highly recommend airport beach a short 10 min drive.

We had a great stay in this unit. It was spotless, neat, tidy, and well equipped for our 5-day stay. Nicely remodeled snd tastefully appointed. We used the beach chairs during our trips to Kapalua Bay! We were Very close to the pool and grills and had beautiful views of the Kapalua Bay Course and really pretty long views of the Bay. The unit was just right for us (one couple). My only suggestion from an ambiance standpoint, would be to add dimmers on all recessed lighting ... the lighting felt too Hotel like. A bit more artwork and adornment would give the home a more “homey-feel”, but I get this is a rental. Parking was terrific. The unit is on the second floor, which meant steps, but no issue for us! This and all golf villas are so convenient to everything on the resort; golf, Bay, hiking, restaurants, and the Ritz, as well as Kaanapali, Lahaina, and other easy trips by car. We golfed, zip lined, snorkeled at Kapalua Bay (great snorkeling - sea turtles, fish, eels, etc). Easy check in and out! And the Aloha staff were able to purchase starter groceries for us; coffee, bread, cheese, eggs, etc. which was so helpful after a long travel day! Comfy bed too! Terrific stay and would return.

Very nice condo. Modern,spacious for the two of us. Clean and well stocked with linens. Decorated attractively except for the fur covered sofa pillows. Good lighting in the bathrooms. Maybe add a makeup mirror. Nice view of the golf course and nice look at the ocean, though pretty far away. figuring out the tv remote was a nuisance to use. You may consider having a small can of coffee for visitors use. A few basics, like salt & Pepper, baggies, foil. Caramacs as a welcome gift? Parking nice and close and covered! Interim cleaning much appreciated for the clean bed linens. Thanks for having the beach chairs available. Other ocean toys nice to have. We'd stay there again.

We stayed in unit the Kapalua Golf Villa 25V2 in February 2018 and absolutely loved it. The property was bigger than I expected, with high ceilings and expansive views. It also felt brand new (new furniture, big TV, modern finishes, everything was high-end). It was also in a great location for walking to the Honolua Store or right down to the ocean. We saw lots of whales while sitting on the lanai. Management was very flexible in terms of when we wanted to arrive/leave, and very professional overall. We would love to stay there again and won't hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

This unit has been updated and appearance is very clean. It does lack a few items that would make this unit a 5. For those who would be going to Kapalua for their first time, There is no directory listing emergency numbers, local churches, and information for someone new to the area. Also, no DVD player. While not everyone looks for this as a function of entertainment, it would complete the package.

This condo was clean and well appointed - we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! We've been traveling to Maui for the past 17 years, and we would definitely stay in this golf villa again - loved watching the ocean AND the golfers! And having the extra half bathroom is definitely a bonus!

This is a very nice unit at the Kapalua Villas with new, modern furnishings and a beautiful view of the golf courses and the ocean. The pool is within immediate walking distance. It is on the second floor so there is a short flight of stairs but this allows for a better scenic view. The management is very helpful and prompt with their responses. The unit is very clean and the very well maintained. The wine bar is an added nice touch for a wonderful stay!

The customer service was fantastic. The kitchen was perfect. The ocean and golf course views were amazing. We enjoyed daily walks on the scenic Kapalua ocean trail. Lunch at the pineapple grill was delicious. The unit was very clean, modern and nicely appointed. The quiet in Kapalua makes for a truly therapeutic and relaxing vacation!
