Location and layout of unit, 2nd time we stayed in this unit and have enjoyed each time. Unit was great as always, location and layout is perfect, Parrish never lets us down! Thank you. 4th stay with Parrish and will continue to refer as well, we had two other couples visiting that we referred during same period.

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying in the same condo. the location, the value and convenience is perfection. In my opinion, staying in a condo and not being tied to a resort is the best way to experience Hawaii. We made the mistake of staying at the Ritz Kapalua one time (after coming for years and staying in a friend's private residence) and we regretted it! This is the move! and we look forward to our trip (once or twice a year)! thank you!

Kapalua Bay Villas is a first class property with fantastic views and updated accommodations, that really bring the Hawaiian experience to life.

We enjoyed the condo’s expansive views of the ocean and Molokai, which we could see from both floors. We didn’t use the A/C, but great to know it’s there, in case we needed it. Loved all of the fresh air coming in through the windows; lots of good cross breezes. The master bedroom and bathroom were amazing. Loved the lava rock in the shower. The kitchen was up to date and worked well for our use (we ate at home most days). Glad for the beach chairs and cooler that came with the unit. We appreciated the linen refresh that took place every 10 days during our trip; this was a special treat given we weren’t staying in a hotel. I didn’t have a phone plan and appreciated the ability to communicate through email. I was sorry there wasn’t a physical location to drop into to say hi, but it didn’t negatively impact our experience. When I had questions, staff were quick to respond by email and were very helpful.

We loved how clean the unit was and the fabulous communication with the property management team! We will definitely rent with Parrish again! The unit has a nice location with pretty views! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the upper deck and being able to walk to the Montage for lunch! And Kapalua Bay is close by and so beautiful! Mahalo!

This unit is beautiful! We have stayed in many units in the Bayvillas and this is far and away the nicest. The views are amazing, 180 degrees from the bedroom and the living room. Watched wales every day. The unit clearly has been completely remodeled recently. All new furniture too. Bed was super comfortable, black out shades for sleeping in. Rain shower head with lava rock is such a nice touch. Highly recommend. Parrish was great to work with.

What a beautiful condo in a perfect location! This is our second stay here, and we will definitely be back. This pristine, newly renovated condo is beautiful and modern. It has a stunning view of the ocean from the condo with 2 options (downstairs and upstairs) to sit outside and enjoy the view. The kitchen and bathroom supplies met all of our needs. We especially enjoyed the nice touch of insulated travel mugs for coffee or use at the pool and beach. We love the location with its proximity to beautiful beaches. We walked to them in the evenings for amazing sunsets and spent days there too for swimming and lounging. We also walked to the general store most mornings for delicious, easy breakfast. Parrish was very clear and proactive in their communication. We had no needs that arose, but the couple of times I had a question, they texted me back immediately. Highly recommend this place!

From perusing your website, through booking, to arrival and departure, Parrish Maui was exceptional. We will most definitely stay with you again and recommend you to anyone visiting Maui or Kuai. The villa was beautiful and couldn’t have be cleaner. MAHALO!!!
