Gorgeous property. Close to excellent beaches. You will definitely see sea turtles if you want to. The villa itself was spacious and offered a great view of the ocean. We did not want to leave.

We were awed and inspired by this complex. The condo was very clean and well-thought out. The online pictures do not do justice to the experience of the view. Very convenient access to the Kapulua trail next to unit 36 or 20 (beach). I would recommend this unit to any property to my friends and family.

Clean, modern, beautiful views, and great location. Spacious and well equipped. Very easy checkin with door and gate codes emailed day prior to arrival. Unit has beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Kapalua bay is short walk for great snorkeling. Beach in front is beautiful, quiet, but a bit rocky for swimming. Coastal trail is great for morning walks. Tennis courts right in front of villa. Golf nearby. Perfection!

Our family very much enjoyed a week at this lovely property. Everything was in great and clean condition. Location was awesome and description was spot on.

Great unit that we stayed in for a few weeks. Very, very clean at check-in, everything we needed including dishes, pots and pans, beach chairs & towels etc. Great access to beaches, walking trails, golf, restaurants. Property managers very responsive.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. The condominium complex itself is beautiful, with a great location, beautiful grounds and well-designed buildings and condos. The views are spectacular, and the nearby beaches are perfect.

The whole family actually rented three places in the complex for a get-together. This particular one was the nicest of the lot. The furnishings, accessories, supplies and decorations in this home were one-step nicer and more complete than the others, from different landlords and property managers. They’ve included all of the little things that make it feel like a suite at the nearby Ritz-Carlton or Montage properties.

This unit is really well taken care of and had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. The location is perfect to walk everywhere and very quiet too. I hate that we had to leave at the end of the week!

Our villa had an excellent view over Kapalua Bay, and it was just the right size for two people. The interior was well-maintained and nearly spotless; kudos to the cleaning service. The amenities were as described in the listing, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. We appreciated that the villa came with good-quality beach chairs, which had backpack straps to make them easy to carry to the beach. The concierge service is also a nice perk; the concierge delivered flowers ahead of our arrival, which we loved. If you are staying for 10 or more days, call to request housekeeping service mid-way through, as it is not scheduled automatically. We would stay here again.

This is a very lovely home that was completely updated and looks very nice. We did not rent this home we got moved here from another home due to a water main break. We were only here for 2 days but the ac worked great, the bed was very comfy and overall it was real nice. I would consider renting in the future. The shower area was big enough for 15 people I think. I will say this house was thru the same company we rented our house thru and I would not rent unless you are 100% totally sure you are not getting COVID. We did two test each and ALL the paperwork and the owners said if we would test positive that we would not be able to re-book even though we re-booked 3 times due to covid for Maui delays.I dont know if there is a travel insurance to cover covid now but check into it because it would have been a bummer to loose 2,000.00 of our hard earned money.

Good. But diapppointed in not having a microwave fixed until the day before left. Depended on mic for cooking but had to make other plans. Did not receive any sort of compensationu

We have stayed in half a dozen units in the Bay Villas. This unit is in our top 2. Great island feel from the recent renovations. View from the deck is terrific. We even saw Humpback Whales! Love the shower and master bedroom.

Amazing and relaxing

We absolutely loved staying here! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the rental was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed- towels, beach chairs, easy access to a beautiful private beach! The condo had every kitchen appliance you could think of and it was just the perfect place to stay. Absolutely beautiful and super super clean! We would love to come back and stay again! The property manager was super accommodating when I called last minute letting him know we arrived early.

We enjoyed gorgeous views from this large 1 bedroom condo with king bed. The host provided chairs to use at the lovely beach. We took several wonderful hikes near the condo. There is a grocery store with a deli & several restaurants nearby. The condo was updated, very clean & everything worked. We cant wait to return!

Very clean but very sterile condo with awkward kitchen and with the only place to sit in the sun a deck off the bedroom in the morning

THe condo was nice. My disappointment was they were painting. The condo had scaffolding all around it-it looked like a construction zone. Men were up on the balcony painting-it was frightening to look up and see a man outside of the window on the second floor. The paint smell was horrible and I had a 6 month old baby with me. Had to leave the condo many times to get away from the smell. Had to trapse around workers all the time. I should have been told and given another option-- or you shouldn't rent when you have work going on.

Nice large unit with recent flooring and kitchen upgrades. Well stocked kitchen, new beach chairs,(a cooler would have been nice) Beautiful views. King bed was very comfy as was the sleeper sofa. Was concerned about only one bathroom, but it worked. Two sinks and the toilet had its on little room with a door. Loved the location of the Bay Villas, walking distant to Kapalua Bay and the Coastal Trail. I liked the bridge walkway,no stairs to enter the unit. Aloha Vacation agency was great to work with from beginning to end. We were there during a "Hard Hat special" but had very limited impact from the painters.

The view and layout of the condo were excellent. Found the furnishings sparse - had to call the onsite manager for a hair dryer, flat iron and ironing board. First rental we have used lacking these items. Ants in the kitchen continued to be a problems. We have encountered ants before but found these most annoying. We liked the location - Kapalua Bay Villas are the best located condos in Kapalua. We would stay in the Bay Villas again.

We come to Maui every couple of years, and consistently stay at Kapalua Villas. I only needed a 1 bedroom unit this trip and it was great as always.

The condo has a great view, and has recently been updated. Clean. Small issues like the water filter on the refrigerator needed changing, no coffee filters, and no salt. The view was amazing You can walk to 2 beaches, and the Montage Hotel, and the Bay Golf Course. There is a free shuttle that goes around to the various restaurants, golf courses. Dominos does not deliver, nor any other pizza place. Which was sad for the kids. The pool area is ok, nothing exciting. No jacuzzi but there are bbqs and tables.

Kapalua Bay Villas is a beautiful property. It is immaculate. The pools and grills are cleaned daily. We had a great view of the ocean from our unit.

The condo looks much better in real life than in the photos. The view is amazing as it is somewhat elevated compared to the lower units. The photos don't do it justice. The balcony was very comfortable and was somewhat protected from the wind. We had all our meals out there. The grill is conveniently located near the pool, just steps away. The bed was very comfortable and at first I was worried about the carpeting throughout, but it was in great shape and above all it was clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend to our friends.

This is our third stay at Kapalua Villas, our first in 31B1, it was perfect for us, great location and great condo, we did not have to contact any staff, it was all easy. That being said, we did have a problem with the gate code, it did not work, luckily for us the gates were open most of the time. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very satisfied with the condition of the rental and the balcony view of the ocean. While it is not on the beach, it is a short walk to several beaches via the coastal trail. We mainly bought groceries or take-out and enjoyed it on the amazing lanai. The one thing we noticed were that the carpets were a little sticky and didn\'t feel \"clean.\" This is more an issue of having carpets in a tropical place and something I suspect is unavoidable without replacing the carpet with tile or hardwood. Nonetheless, I wouldn\'t let that stop you. My husband and I would certainly come back in a heartbeat. Vicky was super-responsive after the check-in email got filtered to my spam folder and Jake also responded to my call about check-out procedures right away. Didn\'t expect that because it was late when I called, but they are excellent. I was sad to leave and honestly wished I could stay longer.

This was our second time staying in unit 31B1. It has great views of the ocean and is a light filled and quiet villa. We only needed to use the Kitchen lights during the day. Good A/C and ceiling fans worked well together. Fan speed is controlled by the fan chain. Very clean upon arrival. Parking is close by and convenient when hauling luggage. Several small details need attention. A window blind in the bedroom did not work and needs replacing. Many lamps have 3-way sockets, but all had only a single wattage bulb installed. We also found 2 dead cockroaches on the carpet. Minimal kitchen supplies and utensils are available for use and no usable beach things like chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. I believe this unit is currently for sale which may explain the lack of superior maintenance and amenities. I will definitely search for another Kapalua Bay villa the next time we visit Maui, but I do not rule out returning to this villa.

The description was accurate. It was clean and quiet. The landscaping on the property was beautiful. We loved all the walking we were able to do. We walked to beaches instead of using the shuttle. We also walked to coastal trail everyday, sometimes twice a day. I would stay here again and recommend it.

The best thing about this property was the location. After driving around the island we released that the Bay Villas are one of the most beautiful properties/locations on the island. The view from our balcony was amazing! The kitchen needs better stocking; no hot pads, tinfoil and 2 tiny wine glasses? The furniture needs replacing as most of it is old and weathered.

The condo is equipped with everything you need. Good quality of washing machine, dryer and dish washer. The loaction is really nice. Oceanview from living room, kitchen and balcony. Three beaches are in walking distance. We had pronlems with the internet. The service was amazing. Even it was a sunday they came immediatly and found a interim solution within one hour.

Very well located although it pays to have a rental car if you want to see more than the local area. Good facilities with excellent swimming pool and close to the beach.

Have rented 3 different condos from Aloha; all have been great. This end unit was clean, well kept, comfortable. Outdoor deck was out of the wind for a nice dining experience. Used the poolside barbeque this time; nicely maintained.Will rent from Aloha again!

We Enjoyed our five week stay in this villa. We loved the view and location. We saw lots of whales every day. The villa is all one level. Beautiful walks every morning along the coastline.

This unit had a beautiful view. However, it was above a very busy road with non stop traffic. People did not drive the recommended 10 mph, more like 35! The unit was poorly renovated. The pantry on the kitchen was not attached to the wall. ThE door to the fried would not stay open as it hit the door trim. The holes from the old cabinets were still in the wall. The kitchen was poorly stocked. No condiments, plastic bags, foil or plastic wrap for left overs. He wood furniture was water stained and uncomfortable. The couch was nice, the bed was as hard as concrete. The bathroom was in major need of an overhaul. THe washer and dryer were nice. Nice location, didn\'t feel the need to go anywhere. Nice hiking trails, boardwalk to the beach. The pools were beautiful as was the facilities. We were very disappointed there wasn\'t a quiet adult only pool. Parking was tight and the heavy doors slammed. The downstairs unit slammed every ten minutes and scared us to death each time. E outdoor furniture was rusted and very old. Very disappointed for the money we spent.

furniture is a bit tired and in some cases soiled and \'s hard to instruction listing of channels and their content...nothing in condo to help with restaurants and things to do..where to shop?????....adjoining condo deck looks right into unit so there is little or no privacy and people having party and their noise is in your face.....

This condo was beautiful. It was so large you never felt cramped, like you would after ten days at a hotel. The grounds were very quiet. We loved the trail on the rocks.

The view from the condo is great and the condo itself was well kept and very clean.

We had a wonderful trip to Maui this year. The unit is well-located in the most beautiful area of the island. Great view and luxury accommodations at a fair price. The property manager was terrific. Loved our stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Property is very quiet and private. Liked the location because we love West side beaches!

We loved this complex and location and will return. However, the unit needs some help: clean the carpets or replace; make sure the DVD player works; wifi was not usable; sheets and towels were new, but never washed before use - very unpleasant; furniture old and sad. The worst part was the kitchen supplies. Terrible quality. I felt like you must not trust your guests so you provided the cheapest junk possible. It made it such that we only cooked one dinner at home and the plan was to do that more often. So next time, I\'ll ask questions about how the kitchen is stocked. Also, prefer an ocean front unit. We thought the nightly price was right for the quality of the unit.

Most positive, very nice area, the condo was perfect. everything we needed was there. Very clean, close to the wonderful beach. Ocean view was perfect. people were nice, close to everything you need, close to a golf course and a tennis court always available and clean. Just a perfect place for a perfect getaway...

I'd recommend Kapalua; however, be cautious of which unit and which management company you rent from. 31B1 was a nice unit and although not ocean front, still has wonderful views. They are a bit stingy with towels so request them as soon as you get there and make sure you have enough beach towels & bedding for your family. Be aware too that internet connection is not consistent.

Our stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas was nothing short of exceptional. Marti helped us with our arrangements and she was phenomenal. Our view was breath taking, our condo was emasculate and the facilities were extremely convenient. We enjoyed our stay beyond words and would definitely stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas again.

Cisco Router & Modem Old/Under-Powered with Insufficient Bandwidth!!! Two safes in closet but both unavailable for use! Owners put in safes not approved or recommended by the association and therefore worthless to renters. We liked the coded entry system to the unit but the staff has the code too, so a safe place for valuables was not provided. Too much oversized and heavy furniture (2 large cocktail tables) in living room. Desk in living room is redundant (2nd one in bedroom) and unusable because the router is in the bedroom with poor bandwidth. Crowded dining section with oversized furnishings. Large dead roach under cabinet in the LR for the entire 2 weeks of the rental. All the pans provided were non-stick and very scratched, rendering them unusable. Glassware & dishes were chipped, disorganized and spread out in several different areas. Bowls in cabinet were soiled. Plastic cutlery tray was dirty. We asked for the shower to be cleaned because the black mold was getting out of control; it took several calls and reminders to get it cleaned! We washed our sheets & towels, so when housekeeping called to ask if we needed a mid-week cleaning, we declined. They came in 2 days later anyway and changed the sheets, much to our dismay since we had just cleaned them ourselves. They couldn’t seem to get the sheets on properly so when I woke up the next morning, I was sleeping on the mattress pad—YUK. We actually had washed the mattress pad on the pullout couch too because it was stained and didn’t feel fresh. The hairdryer was a wall unit but was not on the wall; we found it under the counter in poor condition and difficult to use. It took more a couple of days to get replaced.

absolutly great, only problem was that we had troubles with the door code from time to time. But it was not a big issue.

Beautiful resort and nice unit if you want to be close to tennis, golf and away from the crowds. A couple minor things need repair. Property manager was professional and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The condos location was perfect, and the grounds were spotless. The property management company couldn't do enough for you, and all the service providers were great. The only negative thing was the shower and washroom area needed to be updated. Overall a fabulous stay!

Kapalua continues to be our home in Hawaii. We loved it!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Bay Villas. The view was incredible. The location of the pool and the beaches was convenient-very close. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai, relaxing as we gazed out at the ocean. We also

enjoyed taking walks on the coastal trail almost every day. I liked the peaceful, and private feel of the villas. You could spend time at the busier resort areas just 10 minutes away, but come back to your own private paradise. The only negative I can think of about the Kapalua area, is the wind, but it's kind of refreshing at times. The landscape around the entire area is lush green,floral, and beautifully maintained. I would definately stay here again. Mahalo to Jake, and all the staff for a great stay.

I travel a lot and rarely get to retreat -- truly relax and retreat. This place was perfect for this. Gorgeous views in a quiet, calm, serene environment.

Would love to see you upgrade the bedding and mattress. Wonderful view. Amazing value.

some ants and cockroaches! A welcome packet with basic instructions would have been nice (TV etc.) Saw that others had parking permit? we didn\'t. Overall stay was good, It\'s Hawaii!!

The Kapalua Bay Villas have amazing views. Pools, beaches,world-class golf courses,fabulous food. Who could ask for anything more! We will be back next year!
