Kapalua Bay Villa 11B3

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving with dear friends whose daughter lives on Maui. Both families rented Bay Villa units at Kapalua. It was one of the best Thanksgivings we have experienced! We were able to gather together in one of the units for an amazing traditional dinner and spend the rest of our stay relaxing & exploring the beauty of the island of Maui.

Lovely setting , felt very welcoming , convenient , exceptionally clean , all the amenities one could ask for . We had a great time !

Kapalua never disappoints and this rental made our stay even more special. Beautiful views, nicely appointed, clean, amazing location - walk to exceptional snorkeling at Kapalua Bay or fun body boarding at Oneloa Beach.

We stayed at Kapalua Bay Villas for our children's Spring Break this year. The villa was everything we could have hoped for and more. We had a beautiful view in a gorgeous condo. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The condo was clean and well-maintained, the kitchen was amazing, as were the bathrooms. We had amazing trip and would definitely return!! The beach was a bit of a walk, but our children are older, so it was not a huge problem. There were actually a couple beaches within walking distance.

Excellent stay: location, views, comfort

Nice condo. Well appointed. My only "negative" comments are that the couch really isn't functional for 4 people - would rather have regular couch and love seat or chairs versus a couch with a chaise. And the bed in the "second" bedroom squeaks every time you move. But yes we would rent again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in this beautiful unit with the perfect ocean view from almost every window and lanai. The kitchen was obviously newly remodeled and very well equipped, had gorgeous bathrooms and great comfortable beds. The short walk to two different beautiful beaches (one beautiful and not crowded, another an awesome snorkeling beach) and cliff trails made the location just perfect. And there were plenty of places to walk or take a short drive to for drinks and food if one didn't feel like eating in. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a slice of paradise and can't wait to go back.

Had a clean second story rental with very nice views. Property had twin beds in second room which was nice for older kids. Our beds were comfortable. LED lights would be a cooler alternative than floods. Really enjoyed the week!

This condo worked great for our family of 6. We enjoyed the quiet location and access to the beautiful walking trail, choice of nearby beaches and tennis courts. It had everything we needed.

We have stayed at the Kapalua Bay Villas several times and this was our first time through Aloha Vacation Rentals. This property is an excellently maintained 2/3 located right near the entrance above the tennis courts. While not beachfront, the views are still amazing and Oneloa beach and Kapalua Bay Beach are walking distance. Importantly if you have a lot of stuff you can park near buildings by the Montage (for Kap Bay Beach) and the stairs (for Oneloa). We also liked the East in and out by the Association building.

The property is well equipped and has beach chairs, towels and even a mask and snorkel. The kitchen is in good shape albeit the faucet needed a little help tightening but everything was present and in good shape and condition. We were very happy with our choice. In regard to Aloha, we did have ine issue with the security lock late on a Tuesday evening and the company sent someone immediately to fix the problem quickly. Wonderful stay. 5 stars

The condo was perfect. It was really clean at check in - and I'm one of those fussy people that look at everything. Kitchen was stocked well enough to make meals. The beds were comfortable and it was actually quiet every night. We couldn't hear the waves but I'm sure that was because of wind (it was heavy most days). The view does include some rooftops but you can still see the ocean. We watched beautiful sunsets every night from our deck so it really didn't bother us. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that were super handy on our beach days. I would definitely recommend this unit - and for the first trip in over a year, we were incredibly satisfied.

Rental experience was wonderful, the unit was nice and clean and had plenty of supplies. The view from the unit was beautiful. I was able to sit out of the deck every morning watching the sun come up while eating breakfast. Felling asleep while listening to the ocean waves was breath taking...

The unit was clean and nicely furnished. There are great views all rooms (not looking into your neighbor's kitchen). Nice TV and couch to chill in the evening. Bed was comfy. The grounds are nice with access to pools and BBQs. Had to do a bit of work and internet worked well. Vicky from AVV was nice and helpful. Overall, it was a very relaxing getaway.

We stayed during whale season and could see spouts and whales breaching from our lanai. The grounds of the gated community are pristine. We took morning walks on the coastal trail which is 2 minutes from the unit to Oneloa bay (a hidden gem). One of Maui's best beaches, Kapalua Bay is a 5 min walk from the unit. The place is nicely decorated, beds and couch are comfortable and website photos are current. Can't wait to go back!

Generally O.K. Pool code was changed without our knowledge. We went to two pools and then found out later that it had been changed. A light burned our in the kitchen. It was reported and removed but not replaced. The batteries went out on the door lock and locked us out. Called Property Manager. He had a guy come over and fix the door. Kitchen was OK. Beds were OK. Good TV, couch. Clean.

Very clean and spacious. We used for a family of four, was perfect.

Nice location. Condo was a little worn and beds were not comfortable. Cable was +/-. Place was clean and surrounding area was beautiful.

We had a fantastic 2 week vacation at this unit. It was generally very well equipped and maintained. Only negative thing we can think of is the Beds were awful.

This complex is lovely with views in every direction. The property manager, Jake, was always available and helpful. A few things in the unit are showing their wear, it our stay was great.

We had the absolute best stay! The villa was exactly like we saw online. Very comfortable and clean. We loved the pool. The villas are surrounded by beautiful and fragrant plants and flowers. The beach was our favorite part. It is a very short walk (lots of stairs though) down to the beach which was never crowded and on 2 of the days we saw sea turtles just swimming around us enjoying the waves. It was the coolest! Also saw a total of 3 weddings during our stay. We will return here in the years to come! Our best meal was down the street at the Sea House. Best steak and it's located right on the beach, just a glorious place. We drove but you could walk. It's about a mile away.

We love staying in the Kapalua Bay Villas. Never disappointed. Quiet! Best location for ocean views and whale sightings. This particular rental was located next to tennis court, but was rarely used. Kitchen needs some updates & bathroom showers need security bars for safer access.

Beautiful spacious condo with panoramic views as you are at the top of the hill at Kapalua Bay Villas. The property was clean and wi-fi worked just fine. Kitchen is quite large for a family of 4 with teenagers. There were 4 beach chairs, a cooler and we bought an umbrella at Costco so we were all set. Three beaches to choose from all with distinct features. My teenagers surfed at Oneloa, snorkeled at Kapalua and saw 3 turtles, morey eel. Also received a discount golfing at Plantation course when you stay at Bay Villas. Overall a great vacation and rental unit.

This villa is great since Im recovering from surgery and it's all on one level. Kitchen was very well stocked and all KOA cabinets. The lanai was amazing, good views lots of green lawns and people watching at it\'s finest. We had linen service twice which really cut down on washing machine use. Over all an amazing vacation, plenty of parking, a little piece of paradise. I highly recommend this Villa.

This is the ideal location. Walking distance to the best beach on Maui, and to great restaurants. Condo was great - amazing views, very spacious.

Everything was beautiful. Loved the ocean views from every room. We could see whales breaching from our condo. Could not have been better!!

We loved every minute of our stay at Kapalua Bay Villas! The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful! It's very peaceful and quiet compared to other areas to stay on the island. The check-in and check-out process was simple. We had excellent communication with Aloha Vacation Villas, very detailed instructions prior to arrival. The villa was stocked with everything we needed including a week's supply of trash bags, laundry and dish detergent. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental and hope to return soon!

The view at this property is the best asset, really the only asset. The unit had had the ice maker ripped out of it and not replaced. The fan in the master room only worked on low speed. Several of the electrical outlets didn\'t work the entire trip, despite our calls to the management group to fix them. The toilet in the 2nd bedroom made loud noises off and on in the middle of the night. There were large cockroaches inside the property several times. The unit is in need of major updates including a new mattress in the master bedroom. The current queen mattress in on a coaster bed frame and the mattress itself needed to be changed about 10 years ago. The parking lot is an odd shape with not enough parking spaces. The Internet speed is below average and went out several times. Instructions were available on how to reboot the router, but a location of the router could not be located the entire trip.

We had a fantastic time in our beautiful condo. It was very spacious, and had all the amenities you could want. It had a well stocked kitchen with plentyof dishes, silverware and glasses. We had several family dinners with 11 of us. I enjoyed reading on the deck each morning with my cup of coffee. I liked the furnishings and large dining area. The bathrooms were beautiful with the sunken tubs. I definitely want to come back!

Although we've stayed at another Bay Villa twice before, this was our first at 11B3-4. We had a lovely stay with another couple. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and has a great view. The rental price was favorable over comparable units. The Aloha Vacation Villas staff was very responsive when we reached out to them. The only unfavorable during our stay was the weak and limited WiFi. We had two iPads and 2 laptops with us.

We had a wonderful experience staying in bay villa 11B 3-4. It was spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views. The unit pictures are very accurate but the ocean views are even better than pictured! The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most of our meals either in our unit or at the poolside grills. The grills & pools were spotless. The management was extremely helpful and showed up within 10 minutes to help each time we called. The air conditioning was a bit weak in the master but overall kept the unit very comfortable. They even had beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, & cooler in the closet for us. An easy walk to Kapalua bay too. We will definitely be staying here again!

great place to stay - near water, very clean, everything was provided for us - detergent, paper products, etc.

My family of 5 (3 kids and 2 adults) really enjoyed the open space of the condo. The unit was large, and with 3 bathrooms, there wasn't any fighting. The unit was on the row farthest from the ocean but still close enough to enjoy the view and spot the plentiful whales just off shore. The waves were uncharacteristically high during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the local beaches, but the beach at Kanaapali was just a few minutes away. Also, Lahaina was just 15 minutes and had plenty of shopping and restaurants. But, what we enjoyed most was spending the mornings and evenings on the spacious, wrap-around patio. Very serene and very relaxing.

This vacation rental was a great stay for our family of 5. The rooms/bathrooms were all spacious. Our family loved sitting on the wrap around balcony every morning over looking the ocean. Great views!-room for yoga! Tennis courts are a 1 min walk. Perfect location to multiple beaches which are good for boogie boarding/surfing, snorkeling, relaxing etc. Rentals are close by. Lots of coastal trails. Close to a famous golf course. Nearby hotels have good bars/restaurants. It was good having a rental car to explore the island. Everything was very clean. Would have liked the wifi to work, but who needs wifi when you're in paradise anyways.

The location of the Villa was perfect as we knew the Kapalua area and had stayed there many times. The concierge help (groceries & assistance with private Hana tour) was FABULOUS. The internet speed was VERY SLOW - rather third world - not acceptable in today\'s world. The furnishings of the villa were all a bit tired and in need of updating. Mostly the kitchen was huge disappointment. Every plate/bowl was chipped, the glasses & other items on the shelves were dusty & dirty. Dull knives, lack of ANY food storage - Tupperware/other, not even a cookie/baking sheet to make a frozen pizza in the oven!! As a fellow VRBO owner, I would be appalled to have our rental unit kitchen set up this way. A shopping trip to Target is needed! Any maybe fix the silverware drawer that only opens when the dishwasher door is open??!! Really........
